At Note Nook, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our refund and return policies below.

1. Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Non-returnable items: Certain items, such as personalized products or items marked as final sale, are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at support@notenookllc.shop to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and any additional instructions.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@notenookllc.shop.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@notenookllc.shop. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

8. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping costs will not be included.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, you will need to follow the return process once the order is received.
